Skillastics™ Games Quarterly Special

Skillastics™ is a series of standards-based fitness games that allows up to 100 children of varying ages and fitness levels to participate and enjoy being active at one time. Ideal for large classes, Skillastics™, builds confidence, facilitates cooperation, and makes fitness FUN – instilling positive exercise habits in children that last a lifetime!

NEW! Fitness Extreme Skillastics™ was designed as a health-related activity teaching tool that prepares middle school and high school students for FITNESSGRAM® testing. Fitness Xtreme Skillastics™ incorporates all four fitness components: flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and muscle endurance. Not every child is athletic, but every child deserves to have a positive experience in being physically active. Fitness Xtreme Skillastics™ allows ALL children to achieve this.
